“I recently had repair work done on my residential roof by a crew from Diamond Roofers. Roof damage occurred as a commercial truck turned around using our driveway and contacted the roof. A new vinyl roof had been installed by Diamond Roofers not long before, so I was very hopeful they would agree to do the repair work as well. Fascia boards had to be replaced, plus a corner of the roofing vinyl had to be lifted, replaced, and resealed. It was critical the repairs be done to a very high standard to keep the roof warranty intact. The crew showed up right on time on the appointed day and began their work. I had to leave the house, but I was perfectly comfortable leaving them to work on their own because the crew had previously demonstrated their hard work and careful craftsmanship. I returned later that evening to find the repair work completed as promised. The repair was beautiful and looked like no damage had even taken place.
